Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Wren ("we" or "us"). Using Wren means you agree to them. They are written plainly on purpose.
What Wren is
An AI assistant for planning a wedding. It finds vendors, drafts emails to them, and tracks your budget. Wren is a paid service: Monthly at $9.99 a month, or The Whole Engagement at $99.99 once. The Billing section below has the details.
Your account
You need to be 18 or older to use Wren. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. One wedding per couple. You and your partner can each have your own sign-in to it.
Billing
Wren has two plans: Monthly, $9.99 a month, and The Whole Engagement, $99.99 once. Both start with a 7-day free trial that needs a card. Your first charge comes on day 8. The plan page shows the exact date before you start, and we email you 3 days before it.
Monthly. $9.99 is charged every month on the same day until you cancel, or until 3 months after your wedding date, when billing stops on its own. Cancel anytime from your Account page. You keep access to the end of the month you paid for. A month already charged is not refunded.
The Whole Engagement. One charge of $99.99 covers Wren until 3 months after your wedding date, or 2 years after the payment, whichever comes first. Once charged, it is not refunded.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, we try again and email you. If it keeps failing, your account is paused until a plan is paid for. What you planned stays saved.
If the wedding is called off, or you forgot to cancel. Email support@wren.wedding. We look at each case on its own.
Price changes. If prices change, we email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Wren never holds your card number.
Nothing sends without you, and what you approve is yours
Wren never sends anything to a vendor on its own. Every message waits for you to approve it. Once you approve it, it goes out under your names, from your Wren address, and you are responsible for what it says. Read drafts before approving them.
The AI gets things wrong
Wren uses an AI model to find and describe vendors, draft messages, read vendor replies, and suggest budget numbers. It can misread a price, miss a detail, or write something that does not sound like you. Check anything that matters, especially numbers, dates, and what you are committing to. Wren is not a lawyer, an accountant, or a licensed planner, and nothing it writes is professional advice.
We do not vouch for vendors
Vendors in Wren come from public search results and their own websites, or from you, when you add one yourself. Wren suggests the ones that seem to fit, but we do not vet, endorse, or guarantee them, and we are not part of any agreement you make with one. Contracts, payments, and disputes are between you and the vendor.
Google Maps
Wren includes Google Maps features and content. Your use of them is subject to the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Use it the way it is meant
Do not use Wren to send bulk or unsolicited email, to misrepresent who you are, to harass anyone, or to break the law. Do not try to get around the approval step, the sending limits, or the opt-out handling. We may suspend an account that does.
When you add other people, such as guests, your wedding party, or family who might help pay, add only details you are allowed to share, and use them only to plan your wedding.
It is a beta
Features will change. Things will break. Wren may be paused or shut down, and data can be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, such as vendor contracts and quotes.
No warranty
Wren is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost bookings, lost deposits, or missed opportunities arising from your use of Wren. Total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Wren in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is more. Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
Ending it
You can stop using Wren at any time and ask us to delete your account. See Privacy for how. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or close the beta entirely. We will give notice by email where we reasonably can.
Changes to these terms
If we change them, we will update this page, and email you if the change is significant. Continuing to use Wren after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts of Massachusetts.
