Wren is operated by Ryan Wanamaker, an individual in Massachusetts. Using Wren means you agree to what is below. It is written plainly on purpose.
1. What Wren is
An AI assistant for planning a wedding. It finds vendors, drafts emails to them, and tracks your budget. It is a free, invite-only beta. There is no fee. If that ever changes, we will tell you before you are charged anything.
2. Your account
You need to be 18 or older to use Wren. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if someone else gets into your account. One account per couple.
3. Nothing sends without you, and what you approve is yours
Wren never sends an email on its own. Every message waits for you to approve it. Once you approve it, it goes out with your names and your email address on it, and you are responsible for what it says. Read drafts before approving them.
4. The AI gets things wrong
Wren drafts messages and reads vendor replies with an AI model. It can misread a price, miss a detail, or write something that does not sound like you. Check anything that matters, especially numbers, dates, and what you are committing to. Wren is not a lawyer, an accountant, or a licensed planner, and nothing it writes is professional advice.
5. We do not vouch for vendors
Vendors in Wren come from public search results and their own websites. We do not screen, endorse, or guarantee them, and we are not part of any agreement you make with one. Contracts, payments, and disputes are between you and the vendor.
6. Use it the way it is meant
Do not use Wren to send bulk or unsolicited email, to misrepresent who you are, to harass anyone, or to break the law. Do not try to get around the approval step, the sending limits, or the opt-out handling. We may suspend an account that does.
7. It is a beta
Features will change. Things will break. Wren may be paused or shut down, and data can be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose, such as vendor contracts and quotes.
8. No warranty
Wren is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
9. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ryan Wanamaker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost bookings, lost deposits, or missed opportunities arising from your use of Wren. Because Wren is free, total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
10. Ending it
You can stop using Wren at any time and ask us to delete your account. See Privacy for how. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or close the beta entirely. We will give notice by email where we reasonably can.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change them, we will update this page, and email you if the change is significant. Continuing to use Wren after that means you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts of Massachusetts.
